Four-legged fun!

Dave and I have been very lucky recently to spend time at the weekends with our neighbour's dog Alfie. Alfie is an American Bulldog, and certainly not the type of dog I would have thought I'd like. He looks like a big brute but really he is a bit of a cushie. Well, quite a big cushie in fact.

It's just been great getting out and about with a dog, and Alfie has boundless energy - he could go and go! In fact we've so enjoyed spending time with him that we're hoping to rescue a dog of our own - something we've wanted to do for a long time but maybe it will become a reality soon!

Two sunny days this weekend has really lifted the spirits, and I feel like we've emerged from the winter finally into spring.

There are Munro plans afoot, hopefully in the next few weeks!
